I’ve got yet another random post today! I keep saying I’ll carve out some time to really write up something good, but then I either work a night shift. Or I’m tired. Or I’d rather catch up on Ballers with Tyler….so many excuses! Best way to stay up to date on my happenings is through IG or Snapchat (both of which you can find me @nutcaseinpoint)
Sometimes our walks consist of me chasing him. Or me managing is waddle so that he doesn’t wander into the street.
Watching the tractor in the field behind our house
Bathtime!
Post bath hair and snacks. (PS: I look similar to this after my baths too)
Smoothie bowl on my new table! #soexciting #soadult
My child is also now obsessed with climbing onto said NEW table. Oy.
At least he’s cute.
^bow tie and cabin booties from Will & Co
Snacking with the dogs. One of the few times they’re both behaved.
We headed to Genesis Place on one of the cooler days to check out their indoor play area. It was only $4 for a drop in and Wes has the entire room to himself for most of the time! He was obsessed with it.
On Friday, I went to Oktoberfest in Calgary. It was pretty good, but I had had most of the beers before. The highlight for me were the casks. More on that in my next Brewsing post (last week’s can be read here)
BBQ’d dinners are the best.
…still obsessed with sitting on the table. And bruising all my apples. I predict applesauce will be made in the near future..
Wes modeled some of his hats. Most were from last winter and I wanted to see what still fit his noggin..(top left: Will & Co; top right: Charlee Dee; bottom left: Lil Fox Shoppe)
The warm weather this week has allowed us to have tons of outdoor excursions. We’ve been venturing farther out into our neighborhood and the surrounding neighborhood to check out the different playgrounds.
It’s absolutely crazy to me that Wes fit into this hoodie when he was four months old and it still fits him. I forget how much of a chubster he was!
More exploring. Mostly to ensure a good night’s sleep. For both of us.
^shorts: Two Little Beans Co; Oxfords: Vi&Jax
I can tell what he’s thinking and it’s: “Mom, stop making me stand still for all these photos!”
Newest obsession: crushing dandelions. We stopped for about a dozen of them.
And waving to planes.
Those cookies!!!
Love the new table too. And the bow tie. 🙂
Sounds like the perfect play place for Sully! He’s so scared of other children hahaha.
A ton came in at one point and Wes seemed to not care they were there…unless they went down the slide in which case he needed to follow!
You seriously need to share some baking! It always looks so delicious! Next blog get together kay? Ha ha
Definitely. I’m hoping to do a baking exchange at my place during the holidays!
