Here are some workouts I put together way back in the day. They are categorized by type. I haven’t ‘created’ any new workouts in a while (since before Wes was born!) because it’s MUCH easier to throw in a workout DVD or head to a group ex class. Let me know if you have any questions!

  2. Hi, wondering what a typical meal plan is like for you. .I don’t want to lose weight, but want to get on better track. I just don’t want to lose though. I walk, and sedentary job. How to workout when no gym? I hate laptop and video stuff…so..
    Like how to arrange things to do each day at home effectively in a set “plan”? Maybe you can email me with suggestions? meal plan prototypes or fitness weekly plans as shown as a site or something (no gym)..thanks.
