Checking in for a quick recap of last week’s eats and workouts before heading back to relax on ye olde COUCH. No Monday Moves post today—it will be posted TOMORROW since today was a holiday and Tyler and I did not do a god dang thing. And I’m tired. So those are my two legit excuses.

Tuesday: Chicken Sausage, baked beans and chopped salad
Wednesday: Brewmaster’s Dinner at Candela (more on that in this week’s Winesday Wednesday post)
Thursday: No Yolk noodles with sausage, mushrooms, zucchini and marinara
Friday: Homemade Pizza!

i made it a little more adult and used aged cheddar and gouda….SO tasty!

I absolutely love Pizza Fridays, and when it is homemade it just seems healthier.
Just a (probably weird – and one to make you think – do people actually look that hard into things, and no I don’t but how my computer loaded things today it made me think) thought, with the self photos, you are usually in the same pose, but you also always look down into the phone rather than look at the mirror – It’s hard i know to take the photos without looking down – so even when the computer brought up the photo of you doing a leg workout, you still have the same facial expression. You are probably thinking now, this sentence was the worst thing to read…. sorry long weekend indeed.

That is true, it is better than a smirk or kissy face, so I’m not really asking you to change anything about it either. And really it isn’t bad at all, I don’t know why I felt compelled to tell you that either, I thought it was interesting as one can assume the photos were taken on different days as there are clothing changes, but everthing else is the same – so, in short, there are days when people should think twice before posting a comment that most likely makes no sense.
my sister made a phenominal pizza last week that she had ready for me when i got home from teaching. amazing!!
that’s the best! i made another on sunday and used 1/2 mozz 1/2 gouda and OMG delish. I also threw on sliced tomatoes and spinach which made it taste wayyyyyy too good!
