Hello there, my little blog followers- I have an AWESOME workout to share with you but unfortunately, I have been ass deep in immigration paperwork and vehicle importation inspections all day. Like, I basically just spent $4000 today. Yep, three zeros. Count ’em.

So excuse me if I take a minor absence of workout blogging while Tyler and I drown our sorrow in boxed wine ( no bottles since we can’t afford them now!) ok I kid, we just have to scrimp and save where we can to make up for this financial burden I call ‘love.’
